Introducing Tangerine Walk-In Counselling – a free service for children, youth and families living in Peel Region. Starting March 1, 2012, children and youth up to their 18th birthday and parents or guardians will have access to timely, single-session counselling designed to provide practical coping strategies and problem-solving support when it’s needed most. Tangerine Walk-In Counselling takes the wait out of mental health support services and emphasizes the client’s strengths and abilities to address the issue at hand.

Need Help With Individual Subjects? Preparing for the Grade 10 Literacy Test? Cramming for Exams? What is Life like after High School?
The Academic Mentoring is a free tutoring/mentoring program for high school students. Qualified tutors will be able to aid students as a tutor as well as a mentor. The program takes place during the school year, Mondays to Thursdays, from 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. at Malton Neighbourhood Services, 3540 Morning Star Drive.

RCT Outreach Program, funded by the Ontario Trillium Foundation, provides home computers for low income students in Ontario. Once you are qualified as a recipient, your local RCT centre will arrange a time for you to provide proof of eligibility, complete training, and pick up your computer system.
